Maddalena Kingsley is an award-winning director, cinematographer, writer, and the founder of both the Film House Academy and Random Magic Productions; an independent film production company specializing in narrative films, based on classics, myths, legends, history, and fairytales. Kingsley has worked with well-known actors and composers from across the industry. Her work has been featured in several prestigious film festivals.
John Krol
Managing Director & Director of Community Engagement
John Krol is a multifaceted leader with a diverse background in public service, education, and the film industry. Currently, he serves as the City of Naples, Florida's Chair of Code Enforcement. In academia, John has shared his expertise as an adjunct professor at Florida Gulf Coast University.
His commitment to community development is evident through his involvement with various organizations. John has held positions on the Manhattan Board of Directors for Junior Achievement and the Business Advisory Board at Ryder University.
As a renowned film industry professional, John Krol is the Executive Director of The Film House Academy and an award-winning Executive Producer with a proven track record of international success. Bringing his wealth of experience, expertise, and passion to The Film House Academy, John is dedicated to empowering the next generation of filmmakers and fostering a vibrant community of creative professionals.
Pietro Buzzelli
Director of Education & Cultural Outreach
Pietro Buzzelli is a versatile Audio Engineer, Sound Designer, Music director and Performer. He has starred in leading roles in several award-winning films and theater productions, showcasing his impressive range and talent. Many additional accolades come from his work behind the scenes, where he has earned awards for his original music and sound design in numerous film productions.
Arabella Bas
Director of Development and Marketing & Director of Strategic Partnership and Philanthropy
Arabella Bas is an award-winning, multifaceted film, theater, and marketing professional with a strong background in writing, production, set and costume design, fundraising and development. Arabella studied Dramatic Writing and Classics at New York University's Gallatin school, has a Certificate in Film, with a focus on Dramatic Writing, Production Design, and Art Direction. In film, Pamela has made a significant impact as a Co-Producer, Screen Writer, Production Manager, and Production Designer at Random Magic Productions.
